1. Services – We provide digital marketing services as outlined in your proposal or agreement. Deliverables and timelines depend on scope and collaboration.
2. Client Responsibilities – You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and rights to any content you supply (text, images, videos, etc.).
3. Payments – Fees are stated in your contract/proposal. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Ownership – All creative work remains our property until full payment is received. Once paid, you receive the agreed rights to use deliverables.
5. Confidentiality – Both sides agree to keep sensitive information private.
6. Results – While we work to achieve the best outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., rankings, sales, or engagement levels).
7. Termination – Either party may end the agreement with written notice. Any completed work up to that date will be invoiced.
8. Legal – These terms follow the laws of California.
